Holding space for growth, empowerment, and self-fulfillment.

My name is Dwayne Cash, Founder of The Good News Coach™ and a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC).

I’m a Harlem native, an HBCU grad, and a media/entertainment industry vet with two decades of experience supporting some of the best storytellers across brands like News Corporation, HBO, Viacom, NBCUniversal, CNN, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

While I’ve led teams and shaped narratives at the highest levels, nothing is more fulfilling to me than helping people shape their own stories—ones rooted in purpose, clarity, and confidence. Through coaching, I support everyday people as they navigate life’s pivotal moments: finding their voice, building confidence, stepping into authenticity, and getting unstuck.

I created The Good News Coach out of a deep desire to inspire, uplift, and empower others. I believe every person carries potential—and with the right support, they can access it fully by tapping into their inner power and wisdom.

My coaching is rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and self-reflection. I create space for clarity, self-discovery, and transformation. I honor each client’s unique journey and provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where self-expression is welcomed and celebrated.

I value safety, faith, and hope—and I believe that transformation begins when we align with who we are and what we’re called to do. Above all, I will always champion authenticity—because people flourish when they are seen, heard, and free to be themselves.
